Conclusion
Although moving into online teaching can be challenging or even frustrating, it has proven to be a very effective and successful method of instruction. Even faculty members who were initially skeptical have come to appreciate its benefits. The increase in student access alone has changed the environment of the Minnesota State Colleges and Universities system, and further changes are likely to follow.
